Bell times

Our school operates on a structured timetable, with set times for lessons, activities and lunch. Knowing the bell times helps students make the most of their day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Attendance

If your child is running late

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office or email our school email address.

All students must come to the front office to sign in if they are running late.

If your child is sick or absent, please provide a reason for the absence on our Sentral Parent Portal.

If your child needs to leave early

If your child needs to leave school during the day (e.g. medical appointment), please send an email to the school with the date, time of departure and reason for absence.

This will then need to be approved by a Deputy Principal before the student is able to leave school grounds.

Please do your best to schedule any appointments outside of school hours, though we know this is not always possible. Family holidays should be taken during the term breaks.
