Our school uniform
Georges River College Hurstville Campus is a uniform high school. Therefore, the expectation is that students are in full school uniform on each school day.
Students are expected to wear the academic uniform on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On these days, students who have PDHPE and PASS practical lessons should bring their sports uniform to change into as required.
Students who are school leaders and members of the SRC are required to purchase a blazer. Blazers must be ordered through Lowes.
On Wednesdays, students are required to wear the sports uniform with appropriate sports shoes. Students should also bring their black leather school shoes with them on Wednesdays so they can change into them for any practical lessons where black leather shoes are required for safety.
For colder weather, students may wear the approved school pullover or softshell jacket.
Students must wear traditional black, hard-leather, lace-up school shoes with the academic uniform and for all practical workshop subjects. Shoes must be fully enclosed, made from leather, and provide appropriate support and protection for school activities.
Mesh, fabric, canvas or other non-leather shoes are not permitted.
