Geography

In Geography we aim to develop an informed perspective on local, national and global issues. Studies in Stage 4 Geography (Years 7 and 8), incorporates learning related to global geography and the interaction of human and physical elements of the environment in a global context. Stage 5 Geography (Years 9 – 10) incorporates learning related to Australian geography and the interaction of human and physical geography in a local context.Students are provided with opportunities to undertake fieldwork to supplement their classroom studies and develop an appreciation of their environment while at the same time developing important geographical skills.
